How To Tone Your Muscles? Build And Tone Your Muscles Fitness Tips.
As a personal trainer when assessing my client's goals, it is very often that I hear clients say that "I just want to tone up."
But what exactly is toning up? Well it is not any different from building muscles, except that we do not want to build big muscles but enough muscles that can be seen and are pleasing to the eye and with a physique that can carry out clothes well. But it still boils down to building muscles and burning off fats so that the muscles can be seen.
Many people think that lifting light weights with high reps will help them tone muscles. Well, they are dead wrong. You have to build muscles and building muscles require you to lift heavy with low reps. If you are able to lift more than 8 reps then you must add more weight. If you do not have much muscles in the first place, how are you going to tone them? If you have a layer of fat covering your muscles, how can your muscle tone be seen without losing those fats?
So muscle toning actually means To Lose Body Fat and Gain Lean Muscle. Now that you understand what muscle tone is all about, you can either engage a personal trainer or find out from the free fitness tips articles at Personal Trainers and get on with toning your muscles.
If you think engaging the services of a personal trainer is too expensive, then put a trainer in you hands by getting Burn Fat Build Muscles Fast! ebooks.
